BONN is on the banks of the river Rhine in Germany. 24 km from Cologne. Bonn is the birthplace of Ludwig Van
Beethoven.,in 1770. The Altes Rathaus or the Town Hall is from 1737 in Rococo Style. There are boat trips on the river.
The Drachenfels Cog railway goes up the Drachenfels mountain to the height of 722 ft. -----I arrived in Bonn by train from Tier and stayed at a large hotel near Bonn railway station.-----------------

Beethoven in the park doesn't look too happy. He must have been having a bad day.
I love cog railways and it appears you do too.
